A Proposed Legislation

Last week Mississippi representative, W.T.Mayhall,Jr. proposed a bill, House Bill 282, that will prohibit restaurants from serving food to people who are obese. The criteria for obesity will be determined by the board of health.
Rep. Mayhall said he didn't really expect the legislature to pass but intended it to raise awareness of the obesity epidemic.
